Introduction to Mollem National Park & Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary
Imagine stepping into a realm where the lush canopy of the Western Ghats enfolds you in an emerald embrace, and the whispers of ancient forests carry the secrets of a bygone era. Welcome to the Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary and Mollem National Park, a 240-square-kilometer haven nestled on Goa's eastern border, just a stone's throw from Karnataka. Here, the rugged terrain is a tapestry of dense tropical forests, meandering rivers, and cascading waterfalls that defy gravity and delight the senses. The Dudhsagar Falls, a majestic tiered waterfall, stands tall at 310 meters, its milky cascade creating a mesmerizing spectacle, especially during the monsoons. As you trek through the winding paths or take a jeep safari, the air is alive with the calls of exotic birds and the rustle of leaves underfoot. This sanctuary is more than just a protected area; it's a living, breathing entity that harbors leopards, elephants, and the enigmatic gaur, all within a landscape that is both wild and serene. It's a place where time stands still, and nature's grand symphony plays on.

Average Service
The drive is along Anmod ghat. What is beautiful about it is the flora. You see many palm-like trees and small waterfalls along the road. Did not see any animals or birds, but a beautiful drive.
