Introduction to Kranti Garden
Tucked away in the serene heart of Patnem, Goa, lies the enchanting Kranti Yoga Garden, a haven that seamlessly blends the tranquility of nature with the spiritual essence of yoga. This 5000-square-meter Yoga Village is a tapestry of four distinct campuses – Moksha, Sattva, Shakti, and Samadhi – each weaving its own unique narrative. As you step into Sattva, the garden campus, you're enveloped by the lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature. The garden cottages, each with its own porch, hammock, and swinging chair, invite you to relax and unwind, overlooking the vibrant garden or the ocean in the distance. The air is filled with the aroma of traditional Indian cuisine from the onsite kitchen, and the gentle rustle of palm trees swaying in the breeze. Here, every moment is a symphony of peace, reflection, and connection with both yourself and the natural world around you. It's a place where time stands still, and all that's left is the serenity of the present.

Good Service
The yoga and instruction is amazing. The days are structured just right with a great balance of yoga and meditation. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and explain things very clearly. The food is amazing. Each day the meals varied and all were SO tasty! It was hard not to return for seconds...or thirds.
Amazing Service
I stayed here for a very short 3-day holiday. I had a beach hut cottage to myself which was very comfortable. Don't expect 4 or 5 star accommodation, but what they do offer is very comfy and all that you need. The campus itself is nothing short of paradise.
Good Service
Overall, I loved my time at Kranti. Made some great friends and improved my self practice. I'm still bummed that they didn't offer coconuts!!!
