Overview

Saligao Village, known for its beautiful churches, is also known as one of the eerie places in Goa. The village is believed to be haunted by the vengeful spirit of Christalina, who resides near a banyan tree. According to a tale from 60 years ago, a Portuguese man was found with scratches and wounds, and when questioned, he claimed that he had been attacked by Christalina in Saligao Village.
