What to expect

Arrival at Bogmalo

Reach the dive center at Bogmalo Beach at your scheduled time. Complete your registration and medical paperwork.

Equipment Briefing

Meet your certified instructor, who will introduce you to your gear—the mask, fins, and the regulator (the "thing you breathe through").

1-Hour Training Session

Head to the shallow waters. Spend a full hour practicing basic skills like mask clearing, breathing through the regulator, and learning underwater hand signals.

Board the Boat

Once you feel confident, board the boat for the scenic trip toward Grande Island. Keep an eye out for dolphins along the way!

Refreshments Onboard

Enjoy the provided fruits, juice, and basic snacks to keep your energy up during the transit.

Final Gear Up

As you approach the dive site, your instructor will help you into your BCD (Buoyancy Control Device) and perform a final safety check.

The Entry

Take the "giant stride" or a seated entry into the Arabian Sea. You'll spend a few minutes at the surface getting used to the water temperature.

The 40-Minute Dive

Begin your descent slowly. Spend 40 minutes exploring coral reefs, spotting clownfish, and navigating the underwater rock formations with your instructor.

Underwater Photoshoot

Your instructor will capture your photos and videos while you’re submerged, ensuring you have memories of the marine life you discover.

Return & Debrief

Back on the boat, share your experience with your group. The boat returns to Bogmalo Beach, and you'll receive your digital photos/videos shortly after.
