What to expect
Parking
Park your vehicle at the multi-level parking facility and use the underpass to walk to the dock
Ticketing
Once you've purchased the ticket on the OneBoard App, you've confirmed your spot. All you need to do is head to the ticket counter, pay the balance amount and collect your tickets.
Boarding
Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure. If you are late, you will miss the boat as they do not wait. The staff will guide you to the waiting area where you will guided to the boarding area. Once on the cruise boat, the staff will guide you to your seat.
Let the party
begin Once all the guests have boarded the cruise, the boat will leave the dock
