The Basilica of Bom Jesus is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Old Goa, India. It is one of the most famous and revered churches in the country, known for its historical significance and stunning architecture. Still serving as a place of worship, the Basilica continues to be a cherished monument, drawing both religious pilgrims and tourists who appreciate its architectural beauty and cultural importance, especially during the exposition of the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier every 4 years and also during high masses for Easter, Christmas and the Feast of St. Francis Xavier in December.
