Mae de Deus Church (Church of the Mother of God) is one of the prettiest and historic churches in North Goa and is located in Saligao, Bardez. Among the faithful, the church is known for housing the miraculous statue of Mae de Deus (Mother of God) brought from the ruins of the convent of Mae de Deus at Old Goa.
