Overview
The D'Mello House in Santimol is infamous as one of Goa's most haunted places. According to the story, two brothers who resided there had a dispute over the ancestral property, leading to one killing the other. As a result, the house is said to be cursed, and no family has been able to divide the estate peacefully since then. At night, visitors have reported hearing blood-curdling screams coming from the house, believed to be the restless spirit of the murdered brother.
