Arambol Sweet Water Lake

Overview

Sea – sand – freshwater – palm trees – green hills: That is what you will find at the Arambol Sweet Water Lake. The lake originates from a spring in the adjacent hills and is surrounded by ridges of greenery and coconut groves. The clay blocks nearby are said to contain magical healing properties, so join in the practice of rubbing the clay on your body in the water. Due to its secluded location, the only way to reach the lake is on foot. It’s a short walk from Arambol Beach. If you would like a more adventurous route, you can make the trek from Keri Beach over the hill and down to the lake.
