Overview
One of the most exciting fruit festivals - the Cashew Fest 2023, is happening in Goa and you do not want to miss out. The Goa Forest Department Corporation and the Goa State Urban Development Agency (GSUDA) are gearing up to host the first-ever Cashew Fest on April 15, 2023, and April 16, 2023, at the Dayanand Bandodkar Ground, Campal, Panjim. What’s in it for you? The Fest will be an annual event with a lot of fun activities for everyone of all ages. One of the most exciting events will be the cashew apple stomping and how Feni is traditionally made. What else is happening? The Fest will see cashew nut processors, Feni distillers, cashew nut and Feni retailers, agriculturists and others from the industry converge in Campal. It will showcase cashew and its byproducts, and stakeholders will deliberate on how to increase production in the state.
